Circuitry Heaven is an online electronics marketplace and community platform that sells electronic components, modules, kits, and tools. We also provide community forums, project planning tools, and an AI-powered shopping assistant called Circuitra AI.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at circuitryheaven.com, our mobile applications, and all related services. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Circuitry Heaven. References to “you” or “your” refer to the individual or entity accessing or using our platform.

To use Circuitry Heaven you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• You must not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order

When you create an account with Circuitry Heaven, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately at support@circuitryheaven.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Ensure your account information is accurate and kept up to date
• Use only one personal account — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or to our platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

All products listed on Circuitry Heaven are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when the item is dispatched
• If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative

All prices displayed on Circuitry Heaven are in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping unless explicitly stated.

• We accept major payment methods including credit and debit cards and other options available at checkout
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement through our secure payment provider
• We do not store your full payment card details on our servers
• In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide tracking information where available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout before payment is taken
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us so we can investigate
• Free delivery is available on qualifying orders as stated on our website and is subject to change

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within the timeframe below.

You are eligible for a return if

• The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• The item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described
• You received the wrong item

Returns are not accepted for

• Items that have been used, soldered, or modified
• Items damaged due to incorrect use or installation
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorisation

To initiate a return please contact us at support@circuitryheaven.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Circuitra AI is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you find products, plan electronics projects, and answer technical questions. By using Circuitra AI you acknowledge the following:

• Responses from Circuitra AI are generated by an AI language model and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI-generated product recommendations and technical advice should be verified independently before use in critical applications
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any information provided by Circuitra AI
• Your conversations with Circuitra AI may be stored temporarily to provide conversation memory as described in our Privacy Policy
• Do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the AI chat interface

Google Sheets integration

The optional Google Sheets integration allows you to save project checklists to your own Google account. By connecting your Google account you grant Circuitry Heaven limited access to create and edit spreadsheets on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.

Circuitry Heaven operates a vendor marketplace powered by Dokan that allows approved third-party sellers to list products alongside our own inventory.

• Third-party vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and the fulfilment of their orders
• Circuitry Heaven does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by third-party vendors
• Disputes with third-party vendors should first be raised with the vendor directly, then escalated to us if unresolved
• Vendors must comply with our Vendor Guidelines and all applicable laws
• We reserve the right to remove vendor listings or suspend vendor accounts that violate our policies

All content on Circuitry Heaven including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and the Circuitra AI branding is the property of Circuitry Heaven or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

What you may do

• View and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share links to our product pages or content
• Use project checklists and AI-generated content for your own personal projects

What you may not do

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download our product data or prices
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform

When using Circuitry Heaven you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information including fake reviews or orders
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other user accounts, or our infrastructure
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our website without authorisation
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or our staff
• Posting spam, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant content in community areas
• Attempting to manipulate prices, reviews, or rankings on our platform
• Reselling our products commercially without prior written consent

Circuitry Heaven provides its platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or current
• Technical advice and project guidance provided through Circuitra AI is provided without warranty and should be independently verified
• We make no warranty regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any product for your specific intended use

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Circuitry Heaven and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or products.

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damage to equipment or property resulting from use of our products
• Personal injury arising from misuse of electronic components or following AI-generated advice
• Losses arising from third-party vendor transactions
• Service interruptions or website downtime

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Circuitry Heaven and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to our platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our platform
• Your use of products purchased from our platform in a manner that causes harm to others

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in their jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of Circuitry Heaven after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms you must stop using our platform and may close your account.
