Circuitra AI is our intelligent electronics shopping assistant powered by AI technology through our automation infrastructure. When you use Circuitra AI, here is how your data is handled:

• Conversations are sent to our n8n automation server to generate responses
• Your last 20 messages are stored in your WordPress account to provide conversation memory
• Messages are forwarded to an AI language model to generate helpful responses
• Project checklists generated by the AI are stored locally in your browser and are never stored on our servers

You can clear your AI conversation history at any time by contacting us at support@circuitryheaven.com or clearing your browser’s local storage.

Circuitry Heaven offers an optional Google Sheets integration that allows you to save your project checklists directly to your own Google account. This feature is entirely optional and opt-in.

How it works

• When you choose to connect Google Sheets, you will be directed to Google’s own authentication screen
• You grant permission directly to your Google account — Circuitry Heaven never sees your Google password or login credentials
• Your checklist data is written directly from your browser to your own Google Spreadsheet
• Circuitry Heaven’s servers are never involved in this data transfer
• We only request the minimum permissions needed: access to create and edit spreadsheets in your Google Drive

You can revoke this access at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing Circuitry Heaven.

Our store is powered by WooCommerce. When you make a purchase, the following data is collected and retained for legal and operational purposes:

• Order details including items purchased, quantities, and prices
• Billing and shipping addresses
• Payment confirmation references (we do not store full card numbers)
• Order history linked to your account for tracking and support

Order data is retained for a minimum of seven years in compliance with financial record-keeping requirements. Payment processing is handled by our payment gateway providers who maintain their own security standards and privacy policies.

• Google APIs — for optional Google Sheets integration. Governed by Google’s Privacy Policy
• Hugging Face — AI language model provider used to power Circuitra AI responses
• n8n — our automation platform hosted on our own server at automation.circuitryheaven.com
• WooCommerce — our e-commerce platform built on WordPress
• Payment processors — handle payment transactions under their own PCI-compliant security standards
• Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google’s servers which may log your IP address

We carefully select third-party services and only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Our servers are protected by firewalls and access controls
• We regularly update our software and security practices
• Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors and never stored on our servers

While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
